We happily abide by the terms set out in the Consumer Contracts Regulations and will do our absolute best to ensure complete satisfaction for every customer. Should you wish to return any item we try to make the process very simple.

Return Policies
- Return your item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 working days of receipt for a full refund.
- If the value of the returned item(s) is diminished as a result of handling beyond that necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the item(s), we may deduct that amount from the refund (up to the contract price).
- You must notify us or post your item back within 14 working days of receipt - your order does not have to reach us in this time, but you must have notified us of the return or posted it within this time.
- You may also exchange your purchase for an alternative size or colour of the original item.
- Return the item to us with a courier or delivery service of your choice.
- Please choose an appropriate delivery service than insures you for the value of your goods.

- Please remember to obtain a proof of postage receipt. In the unlikely even a returned item is lost in transit, this proof of postage is required to claim from your courier for the loss.
- Return delivery charges will not be refunded if the product is simply unwanted or for exchange. However, if the product is faulty or damaged these charges will be refunded.
- All refunds will be processed as soon as the goods are returned to us, with monies taking 5-10 working days to be refunded to your original account / card.
- We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us in GBP, at the price you paid. Please note, we are not responsible for any fluctuations in currency markets.
